Thanks for buying Kenwill. We look forward to you having a satisfactory experience with our products. As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions with Kenwill. Completing an order or purchase at Kenwill implies that you agree to the terms set forth below along with Kenwill’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The word device refers to any of our products. The word Kenwill implies Kenwill Technologies Corporation. If you are having trouble with your new Kenwill item, please review the manual or contact Kenwill Technical Support at support@kenwill.com before considering a return or replacement.

Price Changes and Location-Specific Charges

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Kenwill, at its sole discretion, may change prices for devices at any time and correct an error in pricing. The customer’s country, state, province or location may incur location-specific sales tax or duties independent of Kenwill. When a purchase is completed in an international MasterCard, Visa or other electronic payments, please be aware that the purchase price may vary with exchange rates on your credit card statement. Also, your credit card company or bank may charge you foreign conversion charges. Please contact your credit card company bank regarding these charges.

 

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Kenwill reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and limit order quantity. Also, Kenwill may require additional information before accepting and processing an order. You will be provided an order confirmation via email after we receive your payment. This only means that we have received your order. It does not mean acceptance to sell you the device. Kenwill reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Kenwill will refund any payment if Kenwill cancels an order after you have already been billed.

Shipping and Delivery

You choose the delivery speed for online purchases by selecting the shipping method you prefer and Kenwill chooses the carrier that delivers your purchase. The shipping cost is displayed before payment or checkout. Once the carrier company picks up the product from our facility, the device’s title passes to you or designate. Once you or your designate has possession of the device, the liability of damage or loss passes to you. Devices purchased online from Kenwill will only be shipped to addresses within Canada and U.S. However, it essential to note that shipments to the U.S are subject to Canadian – U.S export control regulations and legislation thus compliance with these export regulations and legislations are indicated. Also, U.S customers will be responsible for any international taxes, duties, fees or charges, if any.

 

The counting of the days for delivery starts from the day the carrier company picks up the product, which may not or maybe the same as the day of purchase. It is also important to note that many events beyond Kenwill’s control can affect the exact date of delivery once it leaves our facilities. Example the COVID – 19 Pandemic. Thus, Kenwill cannot be held responsible if deliveries arrive later than the date indicated delivery date. Nonetheless, we will work with you to safeguard a timely product delivery. Please note that during a pandemic, our delivery associates may ask for verbal confirmation from a safe distance to satisfy the signature requirement of delivery or may leave lesser cost packages at your door without a signature. Product Availability and Limitations

Kenwill reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Kenwill affirms your order but later learns that it cannot supply the device. In the event Kenwill cannot supply a product you ordered, Kenwill will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

 

Return Policy (Except Electric Vehicles)

We believe you will be ecstatic with the products you purchase from Kenwill because they are developed and built to be just what you need. However, if you are not happy with an item and prefer to return and replace it, we will assist you. For returns or replacements email. Please review below before you

Return period:

Request to return the device must be made within 10 days after delivery to customer.

What can be returned or replaced:

Damaged or defective on receipt or unopened box only (Please note – We do not replace or refund for accidental damage)

Shipping fees:

Kenwill will be responsible for the shipping cost if the device was damaged, defective when the customer received it or if the package is unopened. For all other cases, customer will be responsible for all shipping cost.

Email return@kenwill.com and include in the replacement/return email:

  1. Number of items to be returned
  2. Device name and SKU number
  3. Reason for the return

Customer will receive directions and a return label

 

Returning package must contain:

  1. Device
  2. All accessories
  3. Original packaging
  4. Original tags/labels
  5. Manuals and warranty documents

 

Refund:

Kenwill will process refund within 5 days of receipt of device.

Additional information:

Devices with missing the serial number will not be refunded or replaced. Devices can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
